Job responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an annual strategy plan (updated periodically) with focus on retention, strengthening existing relationships, and revenue optimization.
- Responsible for organic growth in the form of additional mandates and general client wallet expansion.
- Understand all contractual obligations for assigned clients and ensure the program is operating within those parameters.
- Partner with global ASF trading and investment desks on revenue optimization opportunities and present them to clients as applicable.
- Ensure consistent messaging, planning, and penetration strategies between ASF and Platform Sales.
- Serve as client advocate across trading, operations, client service, risk, credit, technology, and product
- When issues occur, take responsibility for escalation, messaging to the client, and identifying a timely and effective resolution.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Proven success developing and managing client relationships.
- Experience in the Agency Securities Finance industry.
- Ability to think strategically and build persuasive arguments to drive business results.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly to a senior audience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with internal product partners across regions.
- Strong understanding of regulatory, tax, and market events and identify implications to the lending program.
- Fully understand the ASF value proposition and communicate it effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize across client coverage and internal partners.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Qlik Sense, and Tableau.
- An excellent team player with a strong work ethic.
