Your key responsibilities
- Assist in organizing internal learning events, trainings, and career development activities.
- Support the coordination of training logistics, including scheduling, communication, and materials preparation.
- Help maintain and update employee learning records and databases.
- Contribute to the preparation and formatting of HR documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
