As part of the Talent team you will manage HR-related documentation, maintain HR systems and ensure smooth execution of key HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle. You will be involved in various projects and will develop your professional skills in an excellent working environment. Your key responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage HR related documentation
  • Administer and maintain HR systems and tools
  • Assist in enhancing HR systems and processes
  • Support performance evaluation processes
  • Analyze HR related data and generate relevant reports
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records in HR database
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires
  • Conduct and document exit interviews
  • Archive HR documentation in accordance with law and company policies
  • Provide support for various other HR related tasks and initiatives

To qualify for the role you must have

  • High level of orientation to details and accuracy
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Fast working pace, adaptability, organizational skills, responsibility, collaboration and proactive mindset
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Experience in documentation / systems administration and basic knowledge of labor law would be an advantage
  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related discipline
  • Fluent level of English, both written and verbal
