HR Administrative Activities:

• Oversee employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
• Collaborate with various departments to manage workforce logistics and support employee transitions.
• Address employee needs by managing resources and responding to inquiries
• Generate and maintain essential HR reports to support decision-making processes.


• Monitor employee training programs and maintain accurate training records.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective training solutions.
• Ensure training programs meet compliance standards and support organizational development.


• Participate in and lead local HR projects aimed at optimizing workforce capabilities.
• Support talent acquisition efforts through interviews and candidate assessments.
• Manage various HR processes, including employee transitions and updates in HR systems.
• Contribute to employee retention and engagement strategies by managing employee relations and organizational initiatives.


• Assist with the annual benefits enrollment process.
• Act as a resource for employee assistance programs (EAP).

• Ensure compliance with HR standards and regulatory requirements.

• Provide backup support for onboarding processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR Generalist roles.
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems, such as Workday.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and balance priorities effectively.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance processes
• Passion for employee engagement and DE&I initiatives
