What you’ll do:

Expected start date August, 2024

· Monitor critical support incidents

· Perform initial review of support incidents

· Maintain SLAs adherence

· Participate in local or global projects

· Maintain high Customer Satisfaction in all customer interactions

What you bring:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

· Fluent English (oral and written) that can be in contact with customers and colleagues globally via email, system and phone. Spanish is a plus

· Strong customer focus and communication skills (oral/written).

· Team player and contributes for a great environment.

· Preferred Technical Knowledge:

o Familizared with Cloud Computing environments (API, SaaS, SAML)

o Familiarized with Object Oriented programing languages

o Understanding of payroll processes
