Responsibilities

  • Own the Taiwan Compute customers, including developing and managing relationships across the technical and commercial groups, from working level to leadership

  • Maintain a deep and dynamic understanding of the customer’s business and technical objectives, strategies, and capabilities, and ensure ongoing alignment with Qualcomm Compute business objectives

  • Drive design wins for Qualcomm Compute and technology solutions product lines and offerings at assigned accounts, including negotiation of pricing and commercial terms

  • Incubate new business and revenue opportunities in conjunction with Compute BU and/or other Qualcomm BU, including generating business cases and proposals for account-specific collaborations and investments

  • Work closely with broader Qualcomm support organization (Legal, Contracts, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Customer Engineering… etc.), to support all aspects of the customer business cycle: NDAs, License agreements, Salesforce, Development tools, Customer support and issue resolution, Forecasting, Pricing strategy, Customer service, Production and EOL management

  • Maintain sales pipeline, provide monthly forecasts, and support account reviews

  • Collect Compute market intelligence for internal strategic planning and execution

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of sales, product management or business development of complex technology products in Compute (preferably on Laptop/PC) businesses with knowledge of global dynamics of ODMs, OEMs and Go-to-Market execution

  • 8+ years of experience within Taiwan Compute OEM account management and business development, senior leadership level including product conceptualization, commercial and long-term partnership experience will be preferred

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Ability to teamwork with stakeholders to consolidate the feature scope and strong communication skills cross global teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Go-to-Marketing planning and execution experience is a plus

  • Experience in competition & component analysis, build AVL for Laptop related product

  • Experience in 3rd party component engagement or companion/peripheral component integration on system design.

  • Experience with Qualcomm platforms is a plus.

  • Experience in Mobile, Gaming, or XR related product is a plus

  • Experience in program management role is a plus
