Responsibilities

  • Own the industrial IOT customers, including developing and managing relationships across the technical and commercial groups, from working level to leadership

  • Maintain a deep and dynamic understanding of the customer’s business and technical objectives, strategies, and capabilities, and ensure ongoing alignment with Qualcomm IEIOT business objectives

  • Drive design wins for Qualcomm IEIOT solutions product lines and offerings at assigned accounts, including negotiation of pricing and commercial terms

  • Work closely with broader Qualcomm support organization (Legal, Contracts, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Customer Engineering… etc.), to support all aspects of the customer business cycle: NDAs, License agreements, Salesforce, Development tools, Customer support and issue resolution, Forecasting, Pricing strategy, Customer service, Production and EOL management

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of sales, product management or business development of complex technology products in industrial PC businesses with knowledge of multiple verticals (industrial automation, energy, medical, retail)

  • Electrical Engineering background can have 1st line to discuss with customer’s feature set

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SW engineering knowledge and familiar w/ multiple OS (Windows, Linux, Android) ecosystem

  • Experience in industrial IOT ecosystem including direct customers, indirect partners (ISV), Enterprise customers

  • Experience with Qualcomm platforms is a plus.
