Responsibilities
Own the industrial IOT customers, including developing and managing relationships across the technical and commercial groups, from working level to leadership
Maintain a deep and dynamic understanding of the customer’s business and technical objectives, strategies, and capabilities, and ensure ongoing alignment with Qualcomm IEIOT business objectives
Drive design wins for Qualcomm IEIOT solutions product lines and offerings at assigned accounts, including negotiation of pricing and commercial terms
Work closely with broader Qualcomm support organization (Legal, Contracts, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Customer Engineering… etc.), to support all aspects of the customer business cycle: NDAs, License agreements, Salesforce, Development tools, Customer support and issue resolution, Forecasting, Pricing strategy, Customer service, Production and EOL management
Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years of sales, product management or business development of complex technology products in industrial PC businesses with knowledge of multiple verticals (industrial automation, energy, medical, retail)
Electrical Engineering background can have 1st line to discuss with customer’s feature set
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
SW engineering knowledge and familiar w/ multiple OS (Windows, Linux, Android) ecosystem
Experience in industrial IOT ecosystem including direct customers, indirect partners (ISV), Enterprise customers
Experience with Qualcomm platforms is a plus.
