You'll play a pivotal role in managing the full-cycle recruitment process across the EMEA region,
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment:Oversee the complete hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Hiring Manager Experience:Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, establish service level agreements, andadvice oneffective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience:Ensure a positive and seamless experience for candidates,being a brand ambassador for SAP and ensuringregularand timelycommunication throughout the process.
- Talent Sourcing:Leverage various methods such as advertising, direct sourcing, networking, online searches, database searches, and talent mapping to identify top technology talent.
- Candidate Screening:Review resumes for preliminary matches and conduct phone/video interviews to qualify candidates.
- Job Posting:Advertise open positions on external job sites and our internal platform.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Engage with specialist HR teams for position creation, interview scheduling, offer generation, and onboarding.
- Strategic Partnership:Work with internal stakeholders to

Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 2-5 years of experience as a recruiterwith a focus on technical positions, preferably in an international setting.
- Strong direct sourcing skills with proficiency in online sourcing tools.
- Business-fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks with specific deadlines.
