WHAT YOU’LL DO:
· Provide daily support to the EMEA Tech TA team, both local and international
· Participate in the tasks of a modern recruiting organization and have an opportunity to contribute actively to the recruiting process (job postings, screening candidates, meet hiring managers, system management, administration etc.)
· Support the team and management with reporting and analytics
· Actively source for new candidates in the labour market
· Communicate with applicants and colleagues in English (in writing and on the telephone)
· Support the development of our Employer Branding activities
· Be involved in talent and social media projects as well as talent events
WHO YOU ARE:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. If you like to work on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning, this is a place for you.
· University student enrolled in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or Marketing
· Fluent English skills (written & spoken), good communication skills
· Good skills with Microsoft Office applications, especially Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Team-orientation and an ability to communicate well with team members and managers
· Strong orientation to service, customer & quality focus
· Interested in the technology world
