In this role,

As an Intern in Talent Attraction you’ll:

• Participate in the tasks of a modern recruiting organization and have an opportunity to contribute actively to the recruiting process (screening candidates, meet Hiring Managers, system management, etc.)
• Support Talent Attraction strategic initiatives/projects
• Support Diversity and Inclusion events to promote SAP as a great employer to start or continue the career path
• Participate in global and regional team meetings

Who you are:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• University student enrolled in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or Marketing (preferably graduating in 2026 onwards)
• Advanced English skills (written & spoken)
• Team-orientation and an ability to communicate well with team members and managers
• Strong orientation to service, customer & quality focus
• Excellent communication skills
