Your Key Responsibilities

· Manage and mentor a team of Talent Attraction Recruiters, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.

· Manage employee performance, recognition and ensure team and individual KPIs are met.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and hiring managers, to understand their talent needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

· Help drive the sourcing strategy to identify and attract diverse talent, ensuring the use of inclusive initiatives and creative sourcing techniques.

· Act as a change agent for new technologies, tools, and processes, facilitating their adoption within the recruiting community.

· Stay informed about talent and labor market trends, ensuring all recruiting activities comply with local legal and organizational policies and regulations.

· Leverage analytics and AI tools to gain insights into recruitment trends, candidate behaviors, and market demands, making informed decisions to optimize recruitment efforts.

· Work with Talent Attraction leadership to deploy resources toward business priorities.

· Demonstrate initiative and self-motivation by serving as an individual contributor when needed, driving project success while collaborating with the team.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:

· Minimum 8 years of experience in recruiting and/or sourcing within professional or financial services, corporate, or agency environments.

· Proven experience in leading and managing recruitment teams, with a strong focus on performance and development.

· Demonstrated knowledge and prior experience in attracting and engaging contractors, students and experienced hires using a variety of recruitment resources.

· Strong strategic-thinking skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders on best practices.

· Consultative approach to client relationships, serving as a trusted talent advisor on the external candidate pipeline.

· Expertise in creative sourcing techniques and a solid understanding of IT and technology-related roles.

· Ability to adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLA) of 24-48 hours for delivering sourced candidate profiles to hiring teams.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with applicant tracking software; willingness to learn AI-driven tools and platforms.

· Experience working with North American talent markets in a professional services context.

· Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects.

· Strong reporting and data analytical skills.

· A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

· Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
