Talent Consultant, Assistant Director you’ll be at the heart of that goal, partnering with a diverse team of professionals to provide people-driven HR services. Your key responsibilities You’ll be responsible for high-quality execution of significant HR processes, including compensation, performance management and career development. You’ll serve as the frontline support to customer groups as well as provide strategic support to functional leadership on people initiatives.You’ll address and resolve a wide range of employee inquiries and provide guidance to our business leaders.Utilizing data analytics, you’ll provide insight on headcount, salaries and budgets and inform on solutions as needed. You may also be responsible for supervising and mentoring other team members. Skills and attributes for success

- A broad knowledge of HR regulations, processes and leading practices
To qualify for the role you must have - A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Seven-plus years of experiencewith working knowledge of United States Labor Law
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong command of English Language (written and oral)
- Cross boarder working knowledge
- Financial Services knowledge (ex. Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance and/or Wealth Management)
Ideally, you’ll also have - A master’s degree, supported by Society for Human Resource Management certification
- Experience working within a professional services industry or complex matrixed environment
