Essential Functions of the Job:

eTTC is responsiblefor providing support to TCs within Americas Talent Team (AT). Key responsibilities are listed below.

  • Leverage technology, facilitate communication, and coordinate theadministration of multipleHR processes.
  • Interfacewithemployees and handleinitialemployeeinquiries and/or responses.
  • Escalateissues as appropriateto a senior member of theATT.
  • Processand input transactions intoSuccessFactors.
  • Coordinatetheadministration ofHRprocesses such as,but not limited to, performancemanagement, the promotion process,variable pay,orientation, people surveys, upward feedback, separation process,etc.
  • Provide reports and gather data related toHRprojects and initiatives assigned. Shareinformation gatheredwith the Talent Teamor otherHRfunctional groups as requested.
  • Assist in communication flowtoand from clients and tootherHRteam members as appropriate.
  • Handle special projects as assigned.


To qualify for the role, you must demonstrate

Education:

  • Educated to Bachelor’s degree level.
  • Higher professional or master’s qualification is preferred, not required.

Certification Requirements:

  • Higher professional or master’s qualification in a related discipline is preferred, not required.
  • Active membership in related professional bodies or industry groups is preferred, not required.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience.
  • Demonstrableexperience working with different stakeholders with competing needs.
  • Demonstrable experience in a closely related Talent or operations role.
  • Comfort and/or experience working in global dispersed teams to deliver services, processes and standards.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in fast-paced, ambiguous, stressful environments to deliver required results.
  • Demonstrable experience of anticipating issues and challenges and proactively working to navigate challenges.
