Human Resources (HR) comprises advice, services, and solutions in the areas of human resources management (e.g. total rewards, learning, talent acquisition & development, mobility) and organisation (e.g. leadership, organisational development, diversity).Talent Acquisition (TAC) comprises the developing, managing, planning, and evaluating of the external recruitment and / or internal transfer programmes to satisfy the organisation's staffing requirements (incl. sourcing). Contains sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and recommending of internal and external candidates. Ensures that recently hired management employees have adapted successfully.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
  • Take full ownership of and proactively manage the hiring plans for your business lines
  • Build and maintain partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, People Partners and outsourced partners to deliver workforce and talent acquisition plans
  • Act as the subject matter expert on recruiting markets, competitive trends, compensation, and other relevant areas
  • Identify and research new innovative and creative sourcing methods through social media, direct sourcing and alternative avenues
  • Design interview and evaluation processes for all types of roles in a systematic and collaborative manner, demonstrating thought leadership and innovation
  • Deliver the best candidate experience by developing a sell strategy and techniques that attract top-tier talent
  • Work closely with Universities in countries for various Early Career Programs• Acts as a professional advisor and mentor for staff/ workteam/ taskforces.• May lead projects with manageable risks and resource requirements or small teams, as well as create processes for limited area, handles day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work.• Managing and supporting Global / Regional HR support and services• Contributing to a specific HR tool, process or product development project or product evaluation or improvement of own field of expertise. Provide support in conducting researches on assigned HR projects. Provide administrative project support: Data analyses, monitoring and ensuring data quality, creating documentation and knowledge management. organising delivery of training and development for HR community or for managers.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Proven, proactive sourcing background utilizing multiple avenues to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow as well as pipeline for upcoming searches
  • Minimum of 7 years recruitment experience in various Middle Eastern and African countries.
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships with multiple stakeholders and candidates in a demanding environment
  • Strong ability to adapt to change and work independently in a fast-paced, flexible environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication
