What you'll do...
What you'll do:
* Lead and manage a global team of associates responsible for managing and maintaining access governance technologies.
* Lead or develop and implement comprehensive access controls over large scale applications
* Ensure compliance of access controls with industry regulations and standards, such as SOX, HIPAA, and PCI.
* Lead, manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls within SailPoint and SAP systems.
* Develop and implement reporting and analytics to provide insights into access and usage patterns.
* Provide training and guidance to associates on access controls and governance best practices.
* Monitor and audit access controls and governance processes to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure compliance with access controls and governance requirements.
* Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in access controls and governance to ensure the organization remains current and competitive.
What you'll bring:
* Proven experience in developing and implementing successful user access review programs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Familiarity with SailPoint, SAP GRC and other access governance and administration technologies.
