Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of internet security engineers spread across multiple locations.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging creative solutions to complex security challenges.
- Provide strategic direction and technical guidance to the team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Internet Security Architecture:
- Design, implement, and manage high availability and scalable internet security access and protection solutions.
- Oversee the deployment and optimization of critical internet security components including CDN, DNS, proxies, email protection, and more.
- Develop and enforce robust security measures for decryption, malware detection, DNS protection, SSE, RBI, and protected enterprise browsers.
- Technical Expertise:
- Utilize strong Unix background to enhance security infrastructure and operations.
- Strong background with Windows, OSX and Unix variant and system internals
- Ensure the scalability and security of infrastructure services across various cloud environments, including Azure, GCP, Tencent, and Oracle Cloud.
- Operational Efficiency and Automation:
- Drive automation initiatives to scale security operations efficiently and reduce manual interventions.
- Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent protection across all internet-facing assets.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
- Incident Response and Management:
- Participate in the incident response for internet security incidents, ensuring rapid identification, containment, and resolution.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams during security incidents, providing expert guidance and support.
- Participate in post-incident analysis and implement lessons learned to improve security capabilities.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
- Communicate internet security issues, strategies, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and privacy teams to ensure security strategies comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) is a plus.
- 10-15 years of experience in internet security engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale, high-availability internet security infrastructure.
- Deep knowledge of CDN, DNS, network fundamentals, and scalable infrastructure services.
- Extensive experience with Unix systems and automation tools.
- Expertise in cloud environments, including Azure, GCP, Tencent, and Oracle Cloud.
- Strong background in decryption, malware detection, and DLP.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure during high-stress situations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock
