What you will do
MFA Implementation and Management: - Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing management of MFA solutions across the organization. Define and enforce MFA policies, standards, and best practices to enhance security measures and protect critical systems and data. Stay abreast of emerging MFA technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact and relevance to the organization's security needs.
Linux Identity Management: - Provide strategic direction and oversight for Linux identity management, including user provisioning, access controls, and authentication mechanisms. Define and enforce Linux identity management policies and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Collaborate with IT teams to implement robust Linux identity management solutions, promoting secure access and efficient administration of Linux-based systems.
What you will bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, with a focus on Authentication, MFA, PAM, or Linux identity management.
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams responsible for MFA, PAM, and Linux Identity.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of MFA technologies, PAM solutions, and Linux identity management best practices.
Strong understanding of security frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry standards related to access management and identity governance.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering large, enterprise scale solutions.
