Responsibilities:

• Initiate projects by leading a strategic planning session to align all stakeholders with project scope, requirements, and assumptions
• Forecast project schedule, cost, resources, and identify risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including schedules, budgets, executive status reports, change requests, etc.
• Coordinate resource allocation of both internal staff (Sales, Customer Success, Engineers, Product) and external teams (customers, 3rd party vendors)
• Execute project plans, delegate tasks, and track deliverables to meet critical deadlines
• Control risk and change management; escalate obstacles and implement corrective actions
• Maintain status reporting for team, management, executives, and customers

Project Management:Minimum 6 years leading individual IT projects, managing project teams, and ensuring projects meet deadlines and budget constraints

Government Clients:Minimum 2 years serving federal or state/local clients

IT Fundamentals:Basic understanding of networking technologies and computing infrastructure demonstrated with certifications such as

• AWS Cloud Practitioner
• Azure Fundamental
• CompTIA Network+
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Communication:Ability to effectively convey ideas and information across stakeholders, from upper management to those executing the project

Must demonstrate ability to prioritize workload among concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
