What you’ll do:

  • Lead system implementations and customizations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Ensure seamless integration of HR systems with other business applications.
  • Manage HR-related projects and ensure timely delivery.
  • Create reports and dashboards to track HR metrics and business performance.
  • Interpret business requirements and functional specifications in delivering software solutions meeting or exceeding client expectations
  • Design, develop, test, and implement thoughtful solutions and applications to support business needs and align with industry best practices
  • Identify technology-driven improvements to enhance employee experience.
  • Ensure HR solutions comply with data privacy and security standards.
  • Provide a full range of systems administration support.

What to bring:

  • Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 1+ years of system administration or business analysis experience.
  • Knowledge of HRIS and business technology processes; experience at integrating HR and business systems
  • Data tools knowledge (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and data analysis skills.
