As an HR Tools & Technologies Business Analyst, you will be required to lead the implementation of various HRIS projects throughout the project lifecycle– Initiate, plan, design, execute, and manage the change management to a successful go-live. You will need to understand your customers business needs, gather best practices information and design & partner with IT to deliver best solutions. This role will involve working with various HR functions while creating solutions to improve employee and manager experience in the global talent management domain.
