The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for supporting the HR team globally in administering our global HR system, SuccessFactors. This position will also support the implementation of technical solutions, including reporting and analytics solutions, to deliver people's processes.
- Provide day-to-day support to the global HR community in the system’s operation, performance, maintenance and repair
- Perform troubleshooting as required. As such, leads problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors
- Partner with HR team to create reports and dashboards
- Establish data quality and monitoring procedures as well as a feedback loop to ensure data accuracy
- Support functional and end-user testing of new or modified system configuration
- Support the testing of planned system upgrades and implementation of new enhancements
- Provide support in the delivery of training for HR processes and feedback on any potential development areas
- Work with the HR team proactively to support a variety of HR activities, processes, and admin globally
