As a Product Integration and Support Engineer in Cognyte you will:

Your impact:

  • Leading the product integration including verification
  • Working in dynamic environment and finding solutions for complex problems
  • Working closely with R&D, Project Management, Support and Customers to ensure the correct product implementation and stability
  • Communicating the status of various projects and initiatives and issuing technical reports
  • Willing to travel abroad

Your tool box:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Linux Administration
  • 1 year of experience with Docker (Kubernetes is advantage)
  • 1-3 years of experience in Windows Server Administration
  • Basic Active Directory support and administration
  • Experience in Virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMWare)
  • Public Cloud Administration – AWS\GCP (Advantage)
  • Familiarity with central storage solutions (EMC, NetApp, Dell) and technologies (SAN, NAS) (Advantage)
  • Databases/SQL queries – Postgres/MSSQL (Advantage)
  • Good communication with multiple teams
  • An endlessly curious mind
