The ideal candidate will be a proven web strategist who is creative, collaborative, and has a passion for data-driven marketing.
- Develop, implement, analyze, and optimize A/B tests and personalization programs using Adobe Target
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable testing hypotheses and impactful personalization strategies
- Leverage data and user research to define and refine audience segmentation
- Drive learnings, insights, and recommendations for further improvements or iterations based on testing/personalization results.
- Present complex information, outcomes, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
- Champion the testing and personalization programs by keeping stakeholders informed about all aspects of Adobe Target and its initiatives
- Contribute to the creation and sharing of best practices within the organization
- Initiate, orchestrate, and monitor large-scale web optimization initiatives
- Ensure consistent, clean, and error-free activity setup within Adobe Target
- Fluent English
This is a Hybrid role; attendance at the office is currently required only 3 times per week.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Deep proven experience as a web strategist with a strong understanding of web optimization principles
- Expertise in Adobe Target, including audience segmentation, testing, and personalization techniques
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
- Ability to multi-task projects and requirements
- Ability to work and collaborate effectively with internal teams in a cross-cultural setting
- Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Masters in digital marketing
- Previous experience with the broader Adobe stack is a plus (Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform)
