In this role, you will:
- Lead in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within E-Merchant Services Electronic Receivables & Merchant Services Commercial Sales
- Contribute to large-scale planning related to functional area deliverables
- Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead teams to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding within E-receivables Sales functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with Merchant Services Electronic Receivables & Merchant Services Commercial Sales colleagues, and middle level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Lead Merchant Services Electronic Receivables projects and teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of E-Receivables Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 4+ Years of merchant/payment processing experience or 4+ years of treasury management experience
- Experience selling virtually and in person
- Experience calling companies and engaging in sales conversations
- A proactive and results-driven salesperson with a go getter mentality
- Experience handling company revenues within the range of25M-100M
- Proven track record in driving revenue through acquisition of net new customers.
- Proficientand experienced managing the onboarding of merchants through the full sales cycle
- Collaborative and partner-driven approach to soliciting business, alongside Commercial Banking Relationship Managers, as well as Treasury Management Consultants
- Demonstrated success in the acquisition and expansion of customer relationships, with the focus of matching client needs with suitable solutions, and driving bank revenue
- Strong background in financial services sales
- Demonstrated experience acquiring net-new clients, comprehensive understanding of interchange, payment architecture and understanding merchant services risk exposure
Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time between 2 office locations
