Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field AND 4+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, operations-related roles, or engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics, distribution, and supply chain management, with a focus on cross-Geo shipments, import/export trade compliance, and project management.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven history of successfully managing logistics and supply chain operations, optimizing transportation routes, and reducing freight costs.
• Experience developing and implementing import/export trade compliance policies and programs.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement within the logistics supply chain.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and network modeling tools.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills; mastery in English and local language.
• Excellent team and project management skills, including project structuring.
• Professional certifications in logistics and supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCP, Six Sigma) are a plus.
• Strong business acumen and technical knowledge across multiple business units, with an understanding of emerging trends.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Roles and responsibilities:
• Plan, manage, and optimize logistics: Focus on global components and global logistics movement within our cloud network, establish new lanes to optimize transportation routes, and reduce freight costs.
• Improve operational performance: Define and enhance efficiency through the setup or redesign of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manage logistics supply chain models, and integrate them into the company's operations.
• Develop and implement strategies: Support cross-functional teams in designing end-to-end logistics supply chain capabilities, develop a comprehensive global framework, and translate business needs into actionable logistics strategy.
• Collaborate and innovate: Work with management and the extended organization to identify operational inefficiencies and new business opportunities, measure and reduce Costs, Cycle Time, and Carbon, and increase Customer relationships.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify, recommend, and implement improvements across the logistics supply chain infrastructure, and manage key partner relationships with a focus on performance metrics.
• Data-Driven Analysis: Develop recommendations based on logistics network modeling and data analysis and lead cross-functional project teams with in-depth industry knowledge.
