Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • +yearsexperiencemanaging cloud transactions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years in Operations and Program Management, or Project Management
  • Experience working with Azure usage data
  • Master’s Degree or MBA
  • Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and work effectively in situations involving uncertainty or lack of information.
  • Demonstrated excellence in thought leadership, innovation, and execution management; ability to influence without authority.

  • Understanding of Microsoft’s(MS) cloud offeringsand license models.

  • Understanding of current MS Commercial processes including documents, systems, and organizations.
  • Adept in Process Design and Execution.
  • Demonstrates curiositytolearn about andsupport transactional workloads.
  • Experiencewriting and using queries for DatabaseManagement Systems (DBMS)such asSQLand KQL.

Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. Responsibilities
  • xecute specificoperationalfunctions for CloudOperations, including specific Azure offerings such as,Time andConditionalbasedCredit Offer(ACO), TieredAzure Consumption Discount(ACD), and othercustomMicrosoft Azure Consumption Commitment(MACC)motions, andService Support credits.
  • Support critical pre- & post-sales cloud issues and escalations to resolution across stakeholders.
  • Build and scalethrough simplification, automation ofprocesses and capabilities to enable theinevitablegrowthin volumeofCloudCustomers.
  • Document and share learnings relating to cloud operations encompassing systems, tools, stakeholders, and processes.
  • Understand the controls that drive compliance and provide direction to enablenew commerce motions.
  • Drive continuous process improvements via analysis and identification of opportunities with global consideration.
  • Leverage reporting and analytics to manage end-to-endtransactionalfunctions.
  • Build and scalethrough simplification, automation ofprocesses and capabilities to enable theinevitablegrowthin volumeofCloudCustomers.
  • Document and share learnings relating to cloud operations encompassing systems, tools, stakeholders, and processes.
