The role ofGroup Manager –is responsible forand scaling the processes and policies that underpin how wereview andfor cloud service incidents. You will be expected to builda robust, repeatable, and scalableframework to handle all cloud service revenue.You will be joining a fast-paced team thatis focusedon results, works together to solve problems, and is committed to developing people.across finance, compliance, and engineeringto deliver best in classexecution excellencethrough robust, compliant processes.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
    • OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree or MBA
  • Demonstrated change & project management skills.
  • Experience working with Azure usage data.
  • Demonstrated excellence in thought leadership, innovation, and execution management; ability to influence without authority.
  • Familiarity with Volume Licensing business model.
  • Familiarity withcloud subscription business models.
  • Broad working knowledge of Microsoft including business groups, segment and support functions including multiple channels and business groups.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem solving, with judgement to make decisions in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability build relationships and influence individuals at all levels.
  • Understanding of Microsoft’s cloud offerings.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced international environment, managing stakeholders, processes and collaborating with diverse teams across multiple time zones and cultures for shared outcomes.
  • Adept in Process Design and Execution.
  • Able to work in a pressured environment to tight deadlines whenrequired.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work effectively with virtual teams and flexible in a dynamic business environment.

Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $115,000 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $146,200 - $219,200 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
