Resource Management Senior Associate

This position provides technical and functional support for all Experience (Resource) Management within GDS Consulting Operations. Employee hired on this position will be responsible for analytics, scheduling of resources and forecasting utilization.

Your key responsibilities

  • Take ownership on EM processes set up and improvements
  • Daily close cooperation with multiple managers and other leaders on multiple EM related activities.
  • Manage and support scheduling team in daily activities
  • Provide regular communication to Experience (Resource) Management (EM) leadership regarding EM activities, report any issues.
  • Coordinates with IT, Recruitment and L&D team in supporting the on-boarding process
  • Identify over and under-utilized personnel, be proactive in identifying additional resources to bring utilization in line with their peers.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • +6 years of working experience
  • Strong client service focus - responsive to requests maintains a sense of urgency in resolving issues
  • Outstanding teamwork and interpersonal skills

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Proficient in the scheduling tools and other Microsoft applications.
