As a Senior Project Manager you will:

  • Work on medium to large-scale complex, cross-departmental projects that have a direct impact on the company

  • Drive cross-functional projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed; manage complex up and downstream project impacts.

  • Plan, design, manage and execute project plans to ensure delivery. This activity includes management through feasibility, design, planning and implementation.

  • Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation

  • Conduct regular meetings with project team. Document progress and report to stakeholders on project status.

  • Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery

  • Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments

  • Identify ways to improve and streamline business process

The person will:

  • Exhibit a proven track record of project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work

  • Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes

  • Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands

  • Display strong consulting and collaboration skills

In this role, the person will:

  • Work with internal and external partners to scale and execute well-managed aspects of the luxury travel programs

  • Provide operational support for luxury travel programs

  • Plan and schedule timelines for onboarding of new luxury travel partners

  • Support portfolio growth and removal of luxury travel program homes

  • Maintain communication with internal and external partners to manage the customer experience journey for luxury travel partners

  • Look for opportunities to strengthen, automate, and improve well-managed activities

  • Exhibit strong skills in being organized, detail oriented, and solution oriented

  • Produce insights and recommendations based on data/trends

  • Define SLAs and performance standards for our luxury travel partners and drive efforts to implement and track commitments.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience

  • At least 3 years of Project Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters / MBA degree

  • At least 3 years of Project Management experience in Luxury Travel

  • At least 5 years of Project Management experience

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Strong problem solving and influencing skills

  • Work experience achieving results with complex projects

New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $99,500 - $113,600 for Sr. Project ManagerThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
