Lead a team spanning business development, account management, and partner operations for the hotel industry

Ability to travel for business development meetings, including representation of the company at tradeshows and conferences as necessary
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
At least 5 years of experience in partner management, account development, or business development with a focus on building and managing partnerships
At least 3 years of experience in a business development position in the hotel or travel industry in the luxury leisure segment
At least 2 years of experience in people management
Bachelor’s Degree
7+ years of experience and a successfully proven track record in B2B sales and business development within the luxury travel or hospitality industry
5+ years of experience in a business development leadership role in the hotel or travel industry
3+ years experience in management and leadership responsibility driving a business development or sales capacity with proven track record of success
