Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Builds and monitors recruitment KPIs and manages stakeholder satisfaction

Accurately track and report recruitment activity data to support staffing metrics.

Accountable for taking proactive action to continuously evaluate processes, tools and technology to drive improvement and incorporate best practices

Contribute to the HR technology strategy focused on improving user experience on our career site, SuccessFactors, and SharePoint

Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum 10 years (Sr Mgr)

Professional experience with a minimum of 5 years experience in Talent Acquisition

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • KSAs
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically
  • Capability to develop, implement, and manage a 12-month strategic recruitment plan, including the related budget with a high level of business acumen.
  • Experience managing large teams
  • Solid written and verbal communication abilities
  • Relationship building skills to appeal to broad audiences - managerial, direct reports, cross functional teams.
  • Excellent consultative skills and proven success developing strong, collaborative relationships across multiple departments and levels
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems and social media channels. Proficiency with SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Previous experience directly managing and motivating a team to drive high performance.
