Builds and monitors recruitment KPIs and manages stakeholder satisfaction |
Accurately track and report recruitment activity data to support staffing metrics. |
Accountable for taking proactive action to continuously evaluate processes, tools and technology to drive improvement and incorporate best practices |
Contribute to the HR technology strategy focused on improving user experience on our career site, SuccessFactors, and SharePoint |
Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules. |

Minimum 10 years (Sr Mgr) | Professional experience with a minimum of 5 years experience in Talent Acquisition |
