Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.
• Partner with senior leadership to understand current and future hiring needs and develop talent acquisition strategies to support business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talent acquisition professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and an environment of continuous improvement.
• Utilize data and market intelligence to drive strategic decisions and improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
• Build and maintain a strong employer brand in the community through networking, industry events, and social media engagement.
• Oversee and optimize the use of recruiting resources, including applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and external recruitment agencies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
• A minimum of 10 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven track record of creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies to exceed business goals.
• Understanding of trends, technologies, and the competitive landscape for talent.
• Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and talent sourcing platforms.
• Knowledge of employment law, compliance requirements, and best practices in recruitment and selection.
•Strategic mindset with the ability to think broadly about the company's talent acquisition needs.
• Analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the talent acquisition team.
