Location:São Leopoldo, RS, Brazil - hybrid
You will help delight SAP customers by analyzing and resolving known errors
You will do it by means of Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), solved customer incidents, documentation, or verifying customized entries or hardware parameters
You will share knowledge by creating KBAs, discussing solutions with colleagues, and participating in forums
You will learn a lot of technical and business topics through classroom training, remote training sessions, mentoring, and e-Learning trainings
When needed, you will report errors to development teams
Support our customers via real time channels
What you bring:
Knowledge in prompt engineering, Machine Learning, concept, LLM and GENAi
Ability to understand CRM scenarios as well as interpretation of big Data
Knowledge in debugging, code creation to help building blueprint strategy
You must be an undergraduate student in IT/Computer Science, Engineering or related areas (from the 2nd semester or to be graduated in approximately 24 months)
English: Advanced level is required (oral and written). You will be in contact with customers and colleagues globally via email, incidents and phone
Ability in troubleshooting, root cause analysis.
Understanding of language troubleshooting in general
Nice to Have:
Database experience (PostgreSQL, CoreSQL, MSSQL)
Understanding of Business Processes
Knowledge of UI framework (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, for example)
