Position Title
Location: São Leopoldo, RS
- You will help delight SAP customers by analyzing and resolving known errors.
- You will do it by means of Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), solved customer cases, documentation, or verifying customized entries.
- You will share knowledge by creating KBAs, discussing solutions with colleagues, and participating in forums.
- You will learn a lot of technical and business topics through classroom training, remote training sessions, mentoring, and e-Learning trainings.
- When needed, you will report errors to development teams.
- Support our customers via real time channels (Chat, Phone, etc.).
What you bring:
- You must be an undergraduate student in IT/Computer Science, Engineering, or related areas (from the 2nd semester or to be graduated in approximately 24 months).
- English: Advanced level is required (oral and written). You will be in contact with customers and colleagues globally via email, cases, and phone.
- Ability in troubleshooting issues in SaaS, root cause analysis.
