• Provide an outstanding support service to our customers by performing root cause analysis and delivering solutions.
• Support customers via real time channels.
• Create or enhance existing documentation.
• Report system errors to the development teams.

• You must be an undergraduate student preferably in IT/Computer Science, Engineering or related areas.
• Advanced English level is required as you will be in contact with global customers and colleagues daily.
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Strong Programming logic.

• Relational database knowledge.
• Understanding of business processes.
