Location:São Leopoldo, RS, Brazil - hybrid

• Managing meetings, agenda, and challenges for the CoE Labs Head of Premium Hub CoE
• Responsible for scheduling and defining the resources for Expert Guided Implementation (EGI)
• Manage the CoE Labs sharepoint, coffee corners, internal documentation
• Preparation (incl. compilation of PowerPoint presentations), execution and follow-up (incl. writing meeting minutes, tracking action items) of strategic meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintenance of internal critical and confidential information in sharepoint. Independently perform special projects that require a combined knowledge of administrative needs and technical operations.

Are you a self-motivated learner who enjoys taking initiative and challenging the status quo? Are you deadline-oriented and interested in collaborating on projects? If this sounds like you, do you also bring:

• Enrollment as student in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, applicable to the related field.
• Strong communication skills both written and spoken in English,
• Willing to learn new technologies
• Experience working with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Good sense of organization and compliance
• English is mandatory
• Spanish is a plus (or willing to learn)

This position requires no specific work experience. Previous experience as intern or working student in a related position is advantageous.
