What you’ll do

As a member of Engagement Excellence Team (EET) within Global Customer Engagement (GCE) team, you will support the business process management activities through a focus on process simplification, strategic automation, and continuous improvement.

• Support with process GCE processes design aiming to remove complexity while striving for efficiencies.
• Drive and support process improvement and optimization projects with SAP internal teams.
• Contribute to continuous change management and cross-functional projects within Global Customer Engagement.
• Data collection to track performance and analyze performance data against predefined KPI for the processes.
• Use insights from KPI analysis to drive continuous improvement efforts, identify opportunities for automation and bottlenecks from the process.
• Support process and tools improvement by creating business cases aligned with GCE strategy and goals.
