What the Candidate Will Do:

  • Conduct data analysis in collaboration with the People Analytics team to provide key metrics supporting HR and Leadership decision-making.
  • Analyze system performance metrics related to HR objectives and key results (OKRs).
  • Build and improve Talent Acquisition processes throughout the recruitment life cycle.
  • Collaborate with People Infrastructure and Business Technology teams to manage requirements, sprints, and system updates.
  • Serve as a point of contact for service-related inquiries, triaging and escalating issues to engineering when necessary.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand and define requirements.
  • Liaise with Technical Program Managers (TPM's) and Engineering teams for sprint planning and execution.
  • Monitor the health and performance of systems and tools within the Talent Acquisition sector.
  • Support analysis, design, deployment, and testing of new system functionalities, upgrades and patches.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on available resources, impact level and desired business outcomes.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding, accountability and engagement in RFP processes when necessary.
  • Collaborate with Leadership to prioritize, plan, and execute key initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 2 years administering or supporting Oracle Talent Acquisition (TA) tools.
  • Experience using Jira or similar ticketing systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with Talent Acquisition teams.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$125,000 per year - USD$139,000 per year.

For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$113,000 per year - USD$125,500 per year.
