the ADAAA. This role requires excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing, organizational skills, attention to detail andcritical thinking along with a strong focus on the associate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
● Engage in the interactive process with associates requesting leave, modifications to assist in performing the essential functions of their jobs, ergonomic solutions, or otheradjustments to aid in performing task and/or reassignment
● Perform activities defined in the accommodation services and processes to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies in a timely manner
Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, superior attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
● Ability to build strong relationships and influence others while working in a cross functional environment
● Deliver on an excellent associate experience
● Perform end-to-end case management for Title I cases; update system interactions, recommendation options, assess risk, resolve issues and escalate as appropriate
● Participate in agile pods and activities; updating internal ADA Toolkit, training and other duties assigned by Team lead/Leave manager
● Able to drive projects and task to completion autonomously
Basic Qualifications:
● High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
● At least 1 year of Microsoft Office or Google Suite experience
● At least 1 year of customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
● Bachelor's Degree or military experience
● Knowledge of federal and state disability laws regarding access for people with disabilities; specifically, ADA and FMLA
● 2+ years experience in Benefits
● 2+ years experience in Human Resources
● Ability to problem solve, manage multiple priorities and excellent follow up skills
● Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
