The Role:
As an Improvement Engineer (Green Belt), you will play a vital role in leading improvement projects under the direction of the Improvement Lead Live. You will be conducting improvements within the production facilities where our vaccines are manufactured.
Responsibilities:
- Assure effective application of Lean, Six Sigma, Inclusion, and Change Management concepts through coaching and leading improvement initiatives.
- Support the manufacturing department (IPT Live) in achieving business results through initiating, leading, and participating in business improvement initiatives.
- Lead or support investigations on compliance or business issues, identifying root causes and defining corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with peers to share best practices and use metrics and data to identify, analyze, and prioritize technical and business problems and opportunities.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor or academic degree
- Certified Green Belt
- Proven Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Project management skills and proven ability to manage projects.
- Customer-focused, process-oriented, and data-driven
- Passion for Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement
- Good oral and reporting skills in English and Dutch
