Purpose & Objectives
Expectations & Tasks
- Act as Total Rewards Business Partner for SAP Nordics countries
- Support local activities (about 20% of capacity) in the UK in collaboration with the UK Total Rewards Partner
- Delivers compensation and benefit services in collaboration with regional / global teams and the HR Teams of the in-scope countries. This includes global services such as annual compensation review, share based compensation, bonus plan roll out, salary structure review, job architecture reviews.
- Ensures company benefit offerings remain competitive. Evaluates and negotiates contracts with providers. Develops benefit communications and counsels employees on benefit related issues. Ensures compliance with federal, state and local legislation regarding taxes, reporting and privacy issues.
- Reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices;
- Reviews existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommends appropriate courses of action
What you bring
Work Experience / Skills & competencies
- 7 -10 years of relevant experience in HR, compensation and benefit services.
- Experience in the high-tech industry is an advantage.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills in a dynamic high paced environment.
- Consulting skills and ability to present complex problems in an easy way underpinned by data and analytics.
- Experience in international project management with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numbers, Excel, and SAP HR Software.
- A resilient and solution driven personality
- Fluent in English.
Education & Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or higher.
- Certified compensation and benefit trainings are an advantage
