In this role, you will:

  • Provide daily vendor management oversight including confirming the disability, leave of absence and time away plans and programs are administered correctly and comply with plan and program requirements and regulations.

    • Implement design changes or enhancements, including vendor and change management efforts.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of administration and customer service and make necessary adjustments to ensure overall quality of the disability, leave of absence and time away plans and program
  • Collaborate and consult with Benefits & Recognition peers and colleagues to answer questions and resolve plan and program escalations.

  • Review and edit benefit and program materials.

  • Implement design changes or enhancements, including vendor and change management efforts.

  • Assist with benchmarking plan and program design reviews to identify short term and long-term opportunities that would bring enhanced, competitive plans and programs offerings to Wells Fargo.

  • Represent the Benefits & Recognition team and serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) or acts as project participant within the team or cross-department projects.

  • Supporting various projects and communications reviews as needed


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Benefits experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven experience implementing and managing vendor relationships

  • Disability, leave of absence or time away benefit program administration in a large organization.

  • Knowledge and understanding of federal, state and local jurisdiction disability, leave and time away benefit laws and requirements.

  • Strong vendor management experience

  • Issues management experience: articulating issues, risks, and proposed solutions and ability to explain systems and processes to audiences that may not be experts in the Benefits & Recognition fields.

  • Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, detailed planning, process management and documentation.

  • HR Information System experience, Workday highly preferred

  • Experience with presentations to various stakeholders, including leadership.

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office products including Excel, One Note, PowerPoint, and Word.
