In the role you will be responsible for forecasting, revenue performance, cadence, insights, and execution of planning activities for their areas and segments.
• Seen as capability generalists who cover Core Ops Functions for their Sub-Regions including Industry sales teams.o Execution of Planning Activitieso Partner with Global for core metrics and dashboard adoption
• Improve productivity - Increase time spent engaging with customers• Performance Management - Support QBR, MBR, sales performance analysis, Win Loss reports
• Streamline experience - build and maintain a seamless, end-to-end journey from onboarding to adoption
• 7+ years working in the technology sector, within Sales Operations or similar functions
• Ideally with experience in two or more of the following
o operating model development
o process improvement and design
o business analytics and insights
o chief of staff/ business operations/ cadence management
o analytics
o insights and business reporting
• Experience Managing a team
• Requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
