Sales Operations Analyst

The Sales Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales processes and driving revenue growth. You will help shape the success of the Sales team by procuring, managing, and ensuring the quality of data for insightful analytics and enhancing the overall operating efficiency and excellence of the Sales function. Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for analyzing sales and revenue data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Support all aspects of the deal flow through Skai’s CRM, sales, and commission systems to maximize effectiveness and maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Be the primary owner of data hygiene and accuracy in the CRM and work with Sales managers to maintain this data moving forward.
  • Develop process improvements for sales and revenue-related operations.
  • Generate and maintain reports and dashboards for Sales and Sales management.
  • Act as a liaison with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Information Systems) by understanding the Sales model and ensuring the quality of information available through the various system and reporting structures.
  • Provide cross-functional support and assist Sales management on projects as needed.
  • Provide training and support to Sales teams on Salesforce processes and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Operations Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Ability to function independently with a high degree of accuracy and accountability in a fast paced environment.
  • An understanding of standard business practices related to Sales Operations processes and systems (sales cycle, CRM applications, reporting, sales quotas).
  • Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative analysis, with exceptional communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mentality with the ability to build relationships via email, video conferencing and in person.
  • Salesforce experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong skill using Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) to provide value-add reporting for business insight

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000 plus bonus. The actual salary amount will vary depending on the applicants experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data. This position is eligible for additional bonus compensation, full details will be provided during the recruitment process.
