A little about the role:

The Sales Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by partnering with sales leadership to identify, implement, and measure success on sales initiatives. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, you will leverage your analytical prowess to uncover trends, provide actionable insights, and drive informed decision-making across the organization

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically support the entire deal lifecycle withinKenshoo Skai’sCRM, sales, and commission systems to optimize efficiency and uphold data integrity.
  • Spearhead the development of process enhancements to streamline sales and revenue operations, ensuring alignment with overarching strategic objectives.
  • Assume ownership of data hygiene and accuracy within the CRM, partnering with Sales managers to uphold standards and drive continuous improvement.
  • Generate and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards for Sales and Sales management, offering strategic insights to drive performance.
  • Serve as a liaison with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Information Systems), leveraging your deep understanding of the Sales model to enhance data quality and reporting structures.
  • Provide agile cross-functional support and assist Sales management on projects as needed.
  • Deliver tailored training and support to Sales teams on Salesforce processes and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a strategic Sales Operations Analyst role demonstrating the ability to drive revenue growth through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to operate autonomously with a high degree of accuracy and accountability in a fast paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of standard business practices related to Sales Operations processes and systems (sales cycle, CRM applications, reporting, sales quotas).
  • Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative analysis, coupled with exceptional communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mentality with a proven ability to build relationships across various communication channels.
  • Salesforce experience is strongly preferred, complemented by advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace to provide value-add reporting for business insights.

How to Apply:

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 plus bonus. The actual salary amount will vary depending on the applicants experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data. This position is eligible for additional bonus compensation, full details will be provided during the recruitment process.
