Location:São Leopoldo, RS, Brazil - hybrid

  • You will analyze and resolve known issues and report new errors to the developers
  • You will do it by means of Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), solved customer cases, documentation, or verifying customized entries
  • You will share knowledge by creating KBAs, discussing solutions with colleagues, and participating in forums
  • You won’t answer customer calls, but you might need to call customers to help accelerate the resolution of a case, ask customer to do a screen sharing session, or to explain a more complex solution and make sure customer understands the steps to make it work
  • You will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills: reading code, debugging, unit testing, etc.
  • You will have the opportunity to develop different soft skills: communication, prioritization, time management, negotiation, emotional intelligence, etc.

  • Undergraduate student in Computer Science, Engineering or any Technology-related course from 2nd semester or available to complete 2 years of internship before graduation
  • Advanced English skills (oral and written) to be able to communicate with global customers and team
  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming
  • At least a basic knowledge of Java
  • No previous work experience is required. You will get trained and have a mentor to help you in the first months
  • If you have knowledge in any of the areas below, this will be highly appreciated (of feel free to start learning those if you are interested in working with the latest cloud technologies):
  • Application/technology areas (Spring framework, REST web services, Solr, etc.)
  • IDE (Eclipse, IntelliJ, etc.)
  • CI tool (Jenkins, GitHub, etc.)
  • Log management tool (Kibana, Splunk, etc.)
  • Business processes in one relevant industry (e-commerce, retail, etc.)
  • APM tool (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, etc.)
