Your key responsibilities

As the Order Management Manager, you will have an overarching responsibility for the execution of transactional procurement activities, team performance, and stakeholder management. Your duties will include:

  • Overseeing requisition processing, purchase order maintenance, and contract storage, leveraging the client's contract lifecycle management solution.
  • Managing and resolving complex and escalated issues related to blocked invoices and purchasing exceptions.
  • Supervising the Order Management team, including performance review, coaching, and development.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimize transactional processes and improve team efficiency.
  • Nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders, and managing their expectations and needs effectively.
  • Communicating across departments and with stakeholders to facilitate a seamless purchasing process.
  • Driving compliance with procurement policies and procedures, and ensuring team alignment with company standards.
  • Reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, and addressing areas for improvement.

To qualify for the role you must have

- Advanced fluency in English and Spanish.

- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within procurement or purchasing.

- Demonstrable leadership capabilities with excellent communication and motivational skills.
