In Experience Management we support the business in order to identify the right person, at the right time, in the right place to ensure our people, teams and clients are successful. In this position you will be responsible to match resource needs with availability, while taking into consideration skills required, career development and the overall engagement risk. This entails coordination with other experience managers and client service leaders to balance workloads and address staffing needs as required

To q ualify f or t h e rol e , y o u mus t h av e

• Graduates with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience, preferably on resource
  management, scheduling, staffing concepts or project management.
• Advance English level
• Advance working knowledge of Excel

The role requires someone who can manage a number of concurrent activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills.
