Your Role and Responsibilities

You will be responsible to provide guidance to the demand strategist in the Markets in order to design, orchestrate and optimize a modern mix of tactics, through an Omnichannel approach, that efficiently and effectively deliver desired brand reputation, relationship and revenue outcomes in direct alignment and support of strategic business plans.
You will work with work closely with Field marketing and the execution disciplines (Digital, Events, Innovation Studio and Ecosystem) to provide guidance/Monitor planning, execution and results of the markets in order to ensure a functional, reliable and compelling omnichannel EMEA plans consolidated with a focus on Select Digital and NCA audience to help deliver sustained pipeline and revenue for IBM Technology.
You’re expert on activating the optimal channel mix to reach relevant audiences, you understand the market landscape, business objectives, target personas, key use cases and product offers for the prioritized products. With an outside-in approach, as EMEA Demand Strategist you must represent the feedback loop of the markets to Global on client needs and pain points to help deliver exceptional client journey experiences thru omnichannel approach. For the NCA mission, as EMEA Demand Strategis you’ll be also responsible for all RTM – digital inbound, outcomes in close collaboration with Ecosystem and Face to Face Organization.
You define business performance and quality measurements, monitor performance against those measures and Lead marketing performance interlocks with Digital Sales and for NCA mission on all RTM.

This is a Hybrid role, attendance to the office will be required only 3 times peer week.



Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Previous M&C role in IBM or complex multinational organization Data-driven, creative, collaborative, has a passion for building marketing strategies designed to drive growth.
  • Marketing Campaign Manager skills levereging ominchannel tactics. experienced in dealing with digital sales.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing, as digital or demand strategist or in camipaign managment or proved experience to have a deep expertise in multiple M&C discipline.
  • Proficiency in English and with spreadsheets & presentation applications.


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Proven marketing background, either through experience or education.
  • Exoerience in Audience selection and tailored M&C campaings
  • Analytical competences and data driven decision making competence.
  • Strong ability to communicate and collaborate across functions and geographies in complex multinational environment
